Returns & Exchanges

We're happy to accept exchanges or refunds on all eligible items within 30 calendar-days of purchase. Customer must pay postage on all returns and exchanges.

Please note that all sale items and custom candles are final sale, and any candles/soy melts that have been lit/melted are ineligible for return or exchange.

If you've placed a bundle order, you can only exchange the item you wish to return. If you would prefer a return for a refund, all items in the bundle discount must then be returned.

Sale items

Sale items are not included in any promotions or discount offers. Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Defective / Damaged items

Defective or damaged items must be reported to us within five business days of delivery receipt.

We will replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, first fill out our form found here.

We may ask for additional photos so we can better serve our customers in the future. We will facilitate next steps upon receipt of your form.

To return your product for a refund or exchange, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and receiving your exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please dispose of damaged items, do not ship them back to us.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
